right action - we often need to consider the way that we are thinking. All of us have patterns of behaviour,
speech and also thinking – sometimes those patterns just keep us on the same
old track, going around in the same circles, getting the same outcomes we have
come to expect and believe are normal.
When you start to think about things in different ways you often find
that there are more choices than you first thought and it is having these new
choices that can help you to move forwards and leave the old ways and norms
behind.
Coaching does not replace training
but encourages the right mind set for development at a personal level. Coaching can also help to identify and define
skills gaps that you may have.
